THE SITE

Our Yoga and Meditation Research Centre “Al Jalil Yoga” is located in a typical ancient site of Matera’s ‘Sassi‘, surrounded by nature, by peace and silence.

The site is characterized by a wide Yoga Shala, a tea room, a locker room, two small rooms for personal sessions. The site can host courses and conferences.
